1. Get Your Instant Estimate

Tell us your ZIP code, cleanup area, number of dogs, and preferred schedule to see your estimated price instantly.

3. Pay & Get Scheduled

Once everything is confirmed, we’ll get your first cleanup scheduled. All services are prepaid before your scheduled cleanup.

4. Keep It Going

When your prepaid cleanups run out, we’ll send your next invoice so you can purchase your next set and keep service going.

About Payments

All Koby’s Cleanup services are prepaid. Your invoice is due the day before your next scheduled cleanup. If payment isn’t received by the due date, your upcoming cleanup will be paused until payment is received.

Unpaid invoices will remain open for 2 weeks after the original due date. After 2 weeks, the invoice will be voided.

If you’d like to resume service after an invoice has been voided, we’ll issue a new invoice with a $10 reactivation fee. Service can resume once payment is received.

You’re only paying ahead for cleanups you’ll actually receive - never for cleanups that didn’t happen.
