Outdoor Pest Control
Helping You Enjoy Your Yard
A clean yard is just the beginning.
Our Wondercide® Flea & Tick Yard Treatment is designed to complement our existing services by helping reduce flea and tick activity in common hiding spots around your property.
By focusing on areas where pests are most likely to hide, we can help make your outdoor space more enjoyable for both pets and people.
What Is Wondercide®?
Wondercide® Outdoor Pest Control is a plant-powered treatment made with natural essential oils and designed to help control fleas, ticks, and mosquitoes outdoors.
In addition to fleas, ticks, and mosquitoes, Wondercide® is also labeled to help control a variety of other common outdoor pests, including ants, spiders, roaches, and other crawling insects.
Unlike traditional yard treatments that often rely on synthetic pesticides, Wondercide® uses naturally derived active ingredients and is intended for use around pets, families, and outdoor living spaces when applied according to label directions.
At Koby's Cleanup, we believe a great dog yard is about more than just cleanup. It's about creating an outdoor space that pets and families can enjoy. Wondercide® Flea & Tick Yard Treatment gives our clients another option for helping reduce flea and tick activity in the areas where their dogs spend the most time.
Why We Chose Wondercide®

Plant-powered formula made with natural essential oils.

Helps control fleas, ticks, and mosquitoes

Designed for use around pets and family.

Suitable for use in outdoor living areas and pet spaces.
A Realistic Expectation
No outdoor treatment can completely eliminate fleas, ticks, or mosquitoes. Weather, wildlife activity, neighboring properties, and overall yard conditions all play a role in outdoor pest populations.
Our goal is to help reduce pest pressure by targeting common hiding spots and travel routes around the property as part of an overall yard maintenance strategy.
Wondercide® is also labeled to help control a variety of other common outdoor pests, including ants, spiders, roaches, earwigs, and other crawling insects.
Why Consider Treatment?

Ticks often travel through perimeter areas, vegetation, and sheltered spaces.

Dogs frequently revisit the same areas of a yard every day.

Reducing pest pressure can help make outdoor spaces more enjoyable.
Even well-maintained yards can attract fleas, ticks, and other outdoor pests. Wildlife, neighboring properties, weather conditions, and everyday pet activity can all contribute to pest pressure around a home.
While no outdoor treatment can eliminate every pest, targeted applications can help reduce activity in the areas pets and families use most.
Common Reasons Clients Choose Treatment
Fleas can be introduced by pets, wildlife, and other animals.

Our Treatment Process

Common Treatment Areas
Yard perimeter

Fence lines

Under decks and porches

High-traffic pet areas

Additional problem areas based on yard conditions
Every property is different, and treatment areas may vary depending on the layout of the yard and the conditions present during service.
We do not treat every square foot of a property.
Instead, we focus on common flea and tick hiding spots, travel routes, and pet activity areas where treatment can provide the greatest benefit.
Flea & Tick Yard Treatment is offered as an add-on service during your regularly scheduled Koby's Cleanup visit. In most cases, no separate appointment is required.
During service, we apply Wondercide® to common flea and tick hiding spots, travel routes, and pet activity areas around the property.
One of the reasons we chose Wondercide® is its "Spray & Play®" approach. The product is designed for use around pets and families, helping you get back to enjoying your yard without lengthy wait times.
Outdoor pest activity is influenced by many factors, including weather, wildlife, neighboring properties, and overall yard conditions. While no treatment can eliminate every pest, targeted applications can help reduce pest pressure throughout the season.
What To Expect
Recommended Treatment Schedule

Treatment frequency can vary depending on weather, yard conditions, wildlife activity, and overall pest pressure.
For many properties, monthly treatment during flea and tick season provides the most consistent results.
Additional applications may be beneficial:
After periods of heavy rain

During times of increased flea or tick activity

In yards with frequent wildlife traffic

When pest pressure is especially high
Because every property is different, treatment frequency can be adjusted based on individual needs and conditions.
Best Results Come From A Team Effort
Flea and tick pressure is influenced by more than treatment alone.
Maintain grass regularly

For best results:

Reduce clutter and sheltered hiding areas
Remove excess leaves and debris

Consider routine seasonal treatments
When combined with good yard maintenance practices, treatment can help reduce pest pressure throughout the season.
