Here’s what you can expect from our service:
Complimentary Wait Time: We include up to 30 minutes of complimentary wait time if you need us to wait for your pet during their appointment. This offers extra flexibility for your schedule.
Safety is Our Priority: For the well-being of your dog, we highly recommend they wear a harness for transport. Please note that retractable leashes are not to be used. Rest assured, both dogs and cats will be safely secured in a comfortable crate during their journey with us. Our crates are also properly cleaned and sanitized with a hospital grade, pet safe product called Sniper.

Vehicle & Pet Capacity: Currently, we operate with one small SUV. This means accommodating multiple pets can be challenging depending on their size. If you have more than one pet, please let us know when booking so we can discuss the best way to safely transport them.Â

Mileage Included: Each Koby’s Pet Taxi service covers transportation for up to 15 miles from the pick up location.Â

Payment Information
To ensure a smooth and convenient experience, here’s how payment for Koby’s Pet Taxi service works:
Secure Payment On File: For all services, clients are required to add a credit card to their secure account, which we will set up for you. This allows for seamless and hassle-free transactions.Â
Advance Payment: All services are paid for in advance, once you’ve agreed to the quoted price. This confirms your booking and ensures your pet’s ride is scheduled.
Additional Fees: In the event that additional fees are incurred (ex., extended wait time beyond the complimentary 30 minutes, or changes to the services requested during transport), we will charge the card on file after the services is complete. You will always be notified of any additional charges.
We aim to make our billing process transparent and straightforward for our valued clients. If you have any questions about payments or quotes, please don’t hesitate to ask!

We are available to transport your pets during the following times:

- Tuesday: After 2 pm (fluctuates, please inquire)Â
- Wednesday: All day
- Thursday: After 2 pm
- Friday: After 2 pm
- Saturday: After 2 pm
- Sunday CLOSED

Please note: Initial pick up address must be within 15 miles of North Kingsville, Ohio.Â
Our transport services are available only within the state of Ohio. We do not transport animals into or out of the state.Â
Rates
Per Trip – $25
One way up to 15 miles
Per Mile Fee – $1
Any trip over 15 miles will incur a $1 per mile fee.
Wait Fee Per 15 Minutes – $10
A wait charge of $10 per 15 minutes will be incurred if longer than 30 minutes.
