Koby’s Cleanup Pet Waste Removal Services requires that all customers read, understand and agree to the terms of service provided below. Our terms of service sets expectations and helps to facilitate transparency between us and our customers.

Regular Dog waste services (also referred to as poop scoop(s), scoop(s), and cleanup(s)) include;

  • Removal & optional disposal of dog waste from your yard (we can take it with us for an additional fee of $15), or  we will double bag and place it in or next to your garbage bin (per customer preference.)
  • After clean up summary (sent digitally via Sweep and Go customer portal).
  • Sanitization of reusable equipment using pet safe cleaning products.
  • A yummy treat for the pooper(s).
  • 1 scoop is to be weighted equivalently as 1 regular waste service performed.

Prior to Our Arrival

Once customer has filled out our contact form, Koby’s Cleanup will contact the customer via phone, text and/or email within 24-48 hours  to schedule scoop dates. If a custom quote is agreed upon, Koby’s Cleanup will set up a payment agreement with the customer at the time of service agreement, and will tentatively schedule your scoop(s).

All services are to be paid for in advance via online payment or unless another payment arrangement is agreed upon. Services are paid for by the clean up, or billed on a monthly basis for recurring services. In the case of unavailability of schedule, and other scheduling arrangements cannot be made, any payments made will be refunded in full within 7-10 business days via the payment method on file.
Service will begin after the successful completion of payment by the customer.

By purchasing weekly or biweekly recurring services performed by Koby’s Cleanup, customer agrees to the following;

  • Truthfully inform us of how many dogs are on site. Failure to do so, may result in the immediate cancellation of service, and a refund will not be issued. It is vital that staff is fully aware of how many dogs are on site. Not having this accurate information could potentially result in safety issues for staff and animals.
  • Koby’s Cleanup will not clean yards that contain actively tethered/chained animals in case of tether breaking.
  • If your dog is aggressive with unfamiliar people, it is safer for both us and the animal(s) if they are indoors while we complete our work. This is to prevent an opportunity for injury to any humans as well as animals. This will also prevent any opportunity for your pet to potentially escape while servicing your yard.
  • Ensure that the yard is not overgrown with grass, trees, and shrubs. The yard must also be free from plant and/or other debris that will make scooping difficult. We cannot pick up what we cannot see.
  • We will not remove pet waste that is frozen, and/or embedded to the ground, due to the possibility of damage to the soil and grass/turf.
  • We may not remove pet waste that is in flower beds, or mulch beds or any other areas that are not grass due to possible damage to property.
  • The yard should be free of any harmful objects such as holes, nails and other sharp items as well as anything that could be a potential tripping hazard.
  • If the customer has been notified by Koby’s Cleanup two consecutive times for yard maintenance issues, may result in the immediate cancellation of service, and a refund to be issued.
  • Customers are responsible for maintaining access in and out of the yard on scheduled service days. Technicians will not climb or jump over fences.
  • Technicians will not enter inside of customer’s residence, including walking through the home to enter backyard.
  • By initiating service, you agree to the listed terms and conditions and give Koby’s Cleanup permission to enter your premises and perform services.
  • Koby’s Cleanup will pick up your pet’s waste within approximately 1/4 acre of the primary service location. If additional coverage area is needed, please contact Koby’s Cleanup for a custom quote.
  • We kindly ask that someone over the age of 18 be present at the time of the first scheduled service.

By purchasing a one time cleanup service performed by Koby’s Cleanup, customer agrees to the following;

  • Truthfully inform us of how many dogs are on site. Failure to do so, may result in the immediate cancellation of service, and a refund to be issued. It is vital that staff is fully aware of how many dogs are on site. Not having this accurate information could potentially result in safety issues for staff and animals.

  • We do not offer services on the following days:

  • Independence Day

Appointment Cancellations

  • Customers will be contacted 24 hours in advance should service need to be rescheduled, with the exception of inclement weather or unforeseen emergency. Koby’s Cleanup will notify the customer by phone and/or email that is on file with Koby’s Cleanup.
  • Should Koby’s Cleanup need to reschedule an appointment, no additional fees will be incurred, unless the customer states that they would like additional services rendered at the new scheduled time of service.
  • Should a customer need to cancel or reschedule service, please contact us within 24 hours of appointment day via phone (440) 850-1251 or email service@kobyscleanup.com, or can cancel via Sweep and Go customer portal by selecting pause or cancel services within their customer dashboard.
  • Customer understands that if the customer needs to re-schedule an appointment, and does not notify Koby’s Cleanup within 24 hours of service, Koby’s Cleanup will arrive on the scheduled service day. Should customer not be home at the time of visit on the scheduled service day, Koby’s Cleanup will attempt to re-schedule with customer via phone and email. If Koby’s cleanup is unable to contact the customer within 72 hours of the original scheduled service, Koby’s cleanup reserves the right to consider the service as non-refundable.

Payments and Refunds

  • By setting up an account with Koby’s Cleanup via the Sweep and Go portal and adding a payment method, you are agreeing to the NET terms set forth when setting up your account. 
  • If you would like to cancel auto-pay, please contact Koby’s Cleanup.
  • You may choose to not add a payment method upon signup. If you choose this selection, payment will be due prior to or on the date of service, before service is completed. Payment arrangements may be made/paid in advance by speaking with a representative of Koby’s Cleanup.
  • For services that are charged monthly, an invoice will be sent to the email on file. Services will begin after invoice is paid in full. To check your balance, please login to your customer account via our website.
  • Koby’s Cleanup will never have access to your credit card information for any use outside of customer billing for services.
  • We accept cash, debit and credit cards for those without a payment method on file. 
  • In the instance that Koby’s Cleanup Pet Waste Removal Services cannot fulfil or cancels service, a refund will be issued.
  • Client is entitled to cancel services within 2 days before service begins with or without reason, and without penalty. Customer will be issued a full refund.

Koby’s Cleanup Pet Transportation Service: Terms and Conditions

By utilizing Koby’s Cleanup services, you also agree to Koby’s Cleanup original terms and conditions applicable to all our services. These terms are to be read in conjunction with the specific terms outlined below for pet transportation. These terms are designed to ensure the safety, comfort, and efficient service for all our clients and their beloved pets.

Service Area

  • Koby’s Cleanup provides transportation services exclusively within the state of Ohio. We do not transport animals into or out of the state.
  • Our standard service includes transportation up to 15 miles from North Kingsville, Ohio. Additional mileage beyond this will be subject to an extra charge, as quoted in advance.

Booking and Availability

  • All services must be scheduled in advance. We recommend booking as far in advance as possible to ensure availability, particularly for specific time slots.

Our transport availability is as follows:
Monday: All Day
Tuesday: After 2:00 PM (fluctuates, please inquire)
Wednesday: All Day 
Thursday: After 2:00 PM 
Friday: After 2:00 PM 
Saturday: After 2:00 PM 
Sunday: CLOSED

Payment Terms

  • Account Setup: Clients are required to add a valid credit card to their secure account, which Koby’s Cleanup will set up on your behalf. 
  • Advance Payment: All quoted service fees must be paid in full in advance of the scheduled transport. This confirms your booking. 
  • Additional Fees:  Each service includes up to 30 minutes of complimentary wait time. Wait time exceeding 30 minutes will be charged at a rate of $10 for every 15 minutes. Any unforeseen or additional services requested during transport, or changes to the original booking that incur extra cost, will be charged to the credit card on file after the service is complete. Clients will be notified of such additional charges.
  • All payment terms, including advance payment requirements, additional fees (such as for extended wait time or holiday surcharges), and the collection of such fees via the card on file, follow the guidelines established in Koby’s Cleanup’s original terms and conditions. You will be notified of any additional charges.
  • Holiday Surcharge: An additional fee may be incurred for transport services scheduled on major holidays. This surcharge will be communicated at the time of quoting.
  • Cancellations/Refunds: Our cancellation and refund policy for Koby’s Cleanup pet transportation services is consistent with the policy outlined in Koby’s Cleanup’s original terms and conditions. Please refer to those terms for detailed information on cancellations and refunds.

Pet Safety and Transport Requirements

  • Crate Confinement: For the safety and security of all pets and our driver, all dogs and cats will be safely secured within a comfortable, appropriately sized crate during transport.
  • Harness Recommendation (Dogs): For dogs, we highly recommend that they wear a secure harness during pick-up and drop-off to ensure safe handling.
  • Leash Policy: Retractable leashes are not to be used for safety reasons. A standard leash should be provided for your dog.
  • Health and Temperament: Pets must be in good health and free of contagious diseases. Clients must inform Koby’s Cleanup of any known behavioral issues (e.g., aggression, severe anxiety, car sickness) or medical conditions prior to booking. Koby’s Cleanup reserves the right to refuse service to any animal deemed a safety risk to themselves, other animals, or our staff.
  • Aggressive Animals: We do not transport animals with a history of unprovoked aggression towards humans or other animals. Should an animal display aggressive behavior that was not disclosed, Koby’s Cleanup reserves the right to terminate the service immediately, and the full service fee will still apply.
  • Comfort Items: Clients may provide a small comfort item (e.g., a blanket, a favorite toy) for their pet’s crate, provided it does not pose a safety risk.

Vehicle Capacity

  • Koby’s Cleanup currently operates with one small SUV.
  • While we strive to accommodate all requests, transporting multiple pets simultaneously may be difficult depending on their size and the availability of suitable crating space. Please discuss your specific needs regarding multiple pets at the time of booking.

Liability:

  • Koby’s Cleanup is a fully insured and licensed pet transportation service.
  • While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your pet, Koby’s Cleanup is not liable for illness, injury, or death of a pet during transport unless directly caused by our negligence.
  • In the event of an emergency during transport, Koby’s Cleanup will make every reasonable effort to contact the client. If the client cannot be reached, we will seek veterinary care at the nearest available facility, and the client will be responsible for all associated veterinary costs.
  • Koby’s Cleanup is not responsible for any damage to personal property within the vehicle that is not directly caused by our staff.

Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must ensure their pet is ready for pick-up at the scheduled time.
  • Clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding their pet’s health, temperament, and any special needs.
  • Clients are responsible for any damage caused by their pet to Koby’s Cleanup vehicle or equipment if such damage results from undisclosed behavioral issues or failure to adhere to our safety requirements.
